Deanna & Ed Templeton

Deanna Templeton (1969) is an artist born in Huntington Beach, California. Self-taught, she started 2002 with a series of self-published zines called Blue Kitten Photos, one, two, and three.  She has shown her photographs in galleries and museums worldwide including solo shows at the Paul Kopeikin Gallery in Los Angeles, the Museum Het Domein, Netherlands, NRW Forum, Dusseldorf, and the Schunk Museum, The Netherlands. She has 4 books of her photography published, Your Logo Here  (PAM Books 2007), Scratch My Name on your Arm (Schunk 2010), They Should Never touch the Ground (Deadbeat Club, 2015). Her newest book, The Swimming Pool, was published in May of 2016 by Um Yeah Arts. Deanna Templeton is represented by Little Big Man Gallery, Los Angeles and Fifty One Fine Art Photography, Antwerp, Belgium.

Ed Templeton (1972) A respected cult figure in the subculture of skateboarding, his paintings, photographs, drawings, and mixed-media installations take their inspiration from the subculture he is a part of and the suburban environment he lives in. Templeton is also a two-time world-champion professional skateboarder, and the founder/creative force behind Toy Machine Skateboard Company. His work has been shown at MOCA, Los Angeles, Palais de Tokyo, Paris, S.M.A.K. Museum, Belgium, Bonnefanten Museum, Netherlands, Kunsthalle, Vienna, and BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, UK. His work is included in the LACMA permanent collection. Over 15 books of his work have been published
