Guidi, a refined author of our contemporary scene, has selected from his vast production a series of works dating from 1969 to 1994 to compose a world of everyday landscapes, figures, faces of adults and children, trees, skies, roads, factories and small ironies and memories. An acute poetic project, a subtly interrogative proposal, this work by Guidi is perhaps an anti-book, or at least a critical gesture towards the traditional scheme of the photobook.
